The Ashley Screaming Eagle walloped the host New Bern Bears lacrosse team by a final score of 16-3 in Wednesday's non-league match.

With the win, Ashley betters its record to 6-0 on the season. The Screaming Eagle host South Brunswick (Southport, NC) to play the Cougars in a Mideastern match on Friday, March 17. The Cougars go into the match with a record of 0-4. South Brunswick lost 6-1 in their recent non-league match against Carolina Forest (Myrtle Beach, SC)
