Bishop England Battling Bishops (Charleston, SC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Philip Simmons Iron Horses (Charleston, SC), 18-3 in a non-league battle.
The Battling Bishops now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Oceanside Collegiate Academy for a 4A-1A Lower battle on Friday, March 17. Bishop England will clash with a Landsharks squad coming off a 9-5 non-league win over Calvary Day (Savannah, GA). The Landsharks record now stands at 2-4.
In their next game, the Iron Horses clash with the Laurence Manning Academy Swampcats (Manning, SC) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 16. Philip Simmons will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Swampcats come into the battle with a 2-2 record after their 13-6 non-league loss to Blythewood (Blythewood, SC).
