The Wolverines come into the game with a record of 1-6. West Cabarrus lost 10-4 in their recent non-league game against Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC)

In their next game, the Spiders clash with the Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC) in a South Piedmont 3A game, on Thursday, March 16. Concord will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Vikings come into the game with a 4-1 record after their 12-0 league win over Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC).
