The Jordan-Matthews Jets softball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Voyager Vikings to 1 in the Jets non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Jordan-Matthews moves its record to 4-2 on the year. The Jets host Graham (Graham, NC) to clash with the Red Devils in a Mid-Carolina 1A/2A game on Monday, March 20. The Red Devils come into the game with a record of 1-3. Graham lost 18-5 in their recent league game against North Moore (Robbins, NC)

In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Franklin Academy Patriots (Wake Forest, NC) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 28. Voyager will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Patriots come into the game with a 1-4 record after their 12-2 non-league win over Wake Prep Academy (Wake Forest, NC).
