The New Mexico Military Institute Colts (Roswell, NM) baseball trounced the host Gallup Bengals (Gallup, NM), 12-2 in Friday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Colts encounter the Alamogordo Tigers (Alamogordo, NM) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 16. New Mexico Military Institute will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 2-3 record after their 11-0 non-league win over Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM).

The Bengals now sport a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Ruidoso for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 16. Gallup will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to Alamogordo (Alamogordo, NM). The Warriors record now stands at 1-2.
