California High School Baseball - Napa loses to Rancho Cotate

The Napa Grizzlies baseball team (Napa, CA), was overwhelmed 8-4 in Friday's non-league outing with the visiting Rancho Cotate Cougars (Rohnert Park, CA)

The Cougars now hold a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Piner for a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 19. Rancho Cotate will confront a Prospectors team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Montgomery (Santa Rosa, CA). The Prospectors record now stands at 0-4.

Next, the Grizzlies confront the Casa Grande Gauchos (Petaluma, CA) in a Vine Valley outing, on Tuesday, March 19. Napa will attempt to advance on its 6-3 season record. The Gauchos go into the outing with a 3-1 record after their 16-8 non-league win over Northgate (Walnut Creek, CA).
