The Purcell Dragons baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Ninnekah Owls to 4 in the Dragons non-league victory on Friday.
The Dragons (2-10) will now prepare for their match against Stratford (Stratford, OK). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 1-5 record. In their last match, Stratford gained a win over Maysville (Maysville, OK), 17-0, in a league match.
The Owls (0-13) will now prepare for their match against Wayne (Wayne, OK). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 8-4 record. In their last match, Wayne was overwhelmed by Wynnewood (Wynnewood, OK), 10-8, in a league match.
