The Patterson Lumberjacks baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the host St. Martinville Tigers to 3 in the Lumberjacks non-league victory on Friday.

The Lumberjacks (5-10) will now prepare for their match against Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy (Youngsville, LA). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 6-6 record. In their last match, Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy tipped Westminster Christian Academy (Lafayette, LA), 14-1, in a non-league match.

The Tigers (3-6) will now prepare for their match against Erath (Erath, LA). The Bobcats go into the 3A District 5 match with a 11-5 record. In their last match, Erath tipped Port Barre (Port Barre, LA), 13-5, in a non-league match.
