The Kickapoo Chiefs (Springfield, MO) basketball knocked off the visiting Cor Jesu Academy (St. Louis, MO), 56-37 in Friday's non-league test.
The Chiefs (23-1) will now prepare for their test against Incarnate Word Academy (St. Louis, MO). The Red Knights go into the non-league test with a 30-0 record. In their last test, Incarnate Word Academy notched a victory over Rock Bridge (Columbia, MO), 65-41, in a non-league test.
The now own a 17-10 record.
