The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the East Chapel Hill Wildcats (Chapel Hill, NC) and the host Broughton Capitals (Raleigh, NC), saw East Chapel Hill's lacrosse team top Broughton by a margin of 19-9.
The Wildcats (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC). The Hawks enter the DC 6/N. Lakes Athletic/Central/Mid-Carolina challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Seaforth beat Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC), 10-2, in a league challenge.
The Capitals (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Sanderson (Raleigh, NC). The Spartans enter the CAP 6 challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Sanderson was overwhelmed by Cary (Cary, NC), 22-10, in a non-league challenge.
