California High School Lacrosse - Coronado New Trier

The Coronado Islanders lacrosse team scored 14 points and held the visiting New Trier Trevians to 12 in the Islanders non-league win on Friday.

The Islanders (5-0) will now prepare for their game against Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA). The Falcons go into the Western game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Scripps Ranch nudged San Dieguito Academy (Encinitas, CA), 21-2, in a non-league game.

The Trevians (0-1) will now prepare for their game against La Costa Canyon (Carlsbad, CA). The Mavericks go into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, La Costa Canyon was nudged by Cathedral Catholic (San Diego, CA), 16-8, in a non-league game.
