East Jackson Eagles (Commerce, GA) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Providence Christian Academy Storm (Lilburn, GA), 5-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles confront the Banks County Leopards (Homer, GA) in a 2A Region 8 challenge, on Friday, March 22. East Jackson will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record.

The Storm now have a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Apalachee for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 19. Providence Christian Academy will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-12.
