Sanderson Spartans (Raleigh, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Cape Fear Colts (Fayetteville, NC), 13-11 in a non-league battle.

The Spartans now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Athens Drive for a CAP 6 battle on Monday, March 18. Sanderson will clash with a Jaguars squad coming off a 18-3 league loss to Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC). The Jaguars record now stands at 4-1.

In their next game, the Colts clash with the Cary Academy Chargers (Cary, NC) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 21. Cape Fear will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record.
