In Friday's non-league test, the host St. Mary's Saints lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-6 victory over the Gonzaga Eagles.
The Saints now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Landon for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 19. St. Mary's will face a Bears squad coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Haverford School (Haverford, PA). The Bears record now stands at 1-1.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Boys Latin Lakers (Baltimore, MD) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 19. Gonzaga will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Lakers come into the test with a 2-0 record after their 19-9 non-league win over Saint Andrew's (Boca Raton, FL).
