In Friday's non-league test, the visiting Oakton Cougars lacrosse squad scored a good 12-4 victory over the West Springfield Spartans.
The Cougars now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Washington-Liberty for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 20. Oakton will face a Generals squad coming off a 0-0 non-league West Potomac (Alexandria, VA). The Generals record now stands at 1-1.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology Colonials (Alexandria, VA) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 18. West Springfield will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
