In Friday's non-league test, the host Veritas School Lions lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-10 victory over the Tandem Friends Badgers.

The Lions now have a 1-0 record.

In their next game, the Badgers face the Charlottesville Black Knights (Charlottesville, VA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 19. Tandem Friends will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Black Knights come into the test with a 0-0 record after their 0-0 non-league Culpeper County (Culpeper, VA).
