California High School Softball - Bella Vista bounces Pioneer

The crowd at Friday's non-league match between the Bella Vista Broncos (Fair Oaks, CA) and the visiting Pioneer Patriots (Woodland, CA), saw Bella Vista's softball squad nip Pioneer by a count of 8-4.

The Broncos now sport a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they host West Park for a non-league match on Tuesday, March 19. Bella Vista will face a Panthers squad coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Inderkum (Sacramento, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, Pioneer falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Patriots host Woodland (Woodland, CA) to face the Wolves in a Golden Empire League match on Monday, March 18. The Wolves enter the match with a record of 3-4. Woodland won 16-2 in their recent non-league match against Pierce (Arbuckle, CA)
