With the triumph, Meek improves its record to 9-5 on the year. The Tigers travel to Phil Campbell (Phil Campbell, AL) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league game on Saturday, March 16. The Bobcats come into the game with a record of 3-10. Phil Campbell lost 13-0 in their recent non-league game against Belmont (Belmont, MS)

In their next game, the Cardinals clash with the Kossuth Aggies (Kossuth, MS) in a 3A Region 1 game, on Tuesday, March 19. Belmont will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Aggies come into the game with a 10-1 record after their 9-7 non-league win over Ripley (Ripley, MS).
