Roseville Tigers (Roseville, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Del Campo Cougars (Fair Oaks, CA), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Inderkum for a Capital Valley Conference challenge on Tuesday, March 19. Roseville will face a Tigers squad coming off a 18-2 non-league win over Lincoln (Lincoln, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 7-4.

With the loss, Del Campo falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Sacramento (Sacramento, CA) to face the Dragons in a Capital Athletic League challenge on Thursday, March 21. The Dragons enter the challenge with a record of 1-4.
