Mountain Ridge Sentinels (Herriman, UT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Doral Academy Red Rock Dragons (Las Vegas, NV), 13-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Sentinels now own a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Sevier for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 16. Mountain Ridge will battle a Wolves squad coming off a 22-1 non-league loss to Hillcrest (Idaho Falls, ID). The Wolves record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Doral Academy Red Rock falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Dragons host Mojave (North Las Vegas, NV) to battle the Rattlers in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 18. The Rattlers enter the challenge with a record of 3-0. Mojave won 21-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Eldorado (Las Vegas, NV)
