Snow Canyon Warriors (St. George, UT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Murray Spartans (Murray, UT), 8-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Weber for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 15. Snow Canyon will battle a Warriors squad coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Ridgeline (Millville, UT). The Warriors record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Murray falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Hurricane (Hurricane, UT) to battle the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 15. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 7-2. Hurricane won 19-9 in their recent non-league challenge against West (Salt Lake City, UT)
