The Hurricanes now sport a 5-1 record. They play next when they host Jones for a Coastal Plains 1A/2A match on Tuesday, March 19. Pamlico County will face a Trojans squad coming off a 13-6 non-league win over Eastern Christian HomeSchool (Washington, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, White Oak moves to 1-5 on the season. The Vikings host Southwest Onslow (Jacksonville, NC) to face the Stallions in a non-league match on Monday, March 18. The Stallions go into the match with a record of 1-5. Southwest Onslow lost 15-0 in their recent league match against North Lenoir (LaGrange, NC)
