The Pottsville Crimson Tide baseball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Daniel Boone Blazers to 5 in the Crimson Tide non-league win on Saturday.

The Crimson Tide now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Wilkes-Barre for a non-league test on Monday, March 17. Pottsville will play a Wolfpack team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 0-1.
