The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Prairie Grove Tigers (Prairie Grove, AR) and the host Dardanelle Sand Lizards (Dardanelle, AR), saw Prairie Grove's baseball team gain a win over Dardanelle by a tally of 9-1.
The Tigers (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Elkins (Elkins, AR). The Elks enter the non-league battle with a 4-1 record.
Next, the Sand Lizards face the Pottsville Apaches (Pottsville, AR) in a 4A Region 4 battle, on Tuesday, March 18. Dardanelle will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Apaches enter the battle with a 4-3 record after their 9-8 non-league loss to Nashville (Nashville, AR).
