The De Smet Jesuit Spartans (St. Louis, MO) baseball trounced the visiting Timberland T-Wolves (Wentzville, MO), 7-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Spartans now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rock Bridge for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 20.

With the defeat, Timberland drops to 0-2 on the year. The T-wolves travel to Washington (Washington, MO) to clash with the Bluejays in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 15. The Bluejays go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
