California High School Baseball - El Toro edges Reed

In Saturday's non-league game, the host El Toro Chargers baseball team scored a close 7-5 win over the Reed Raiders.

The Chargers (3-5) will now prepare for their game against Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV). The Cougars go into the non-league game with a 8-2 record. In their last game, Spanish Springs nudged Whittier Christian (La Habra, CA), 9-5, in a non-league game.

Next, the Raiders play the Sonora Raiders (La Habra, CA) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 17. Reed will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Raiders go into the game with a 5-3 record after their 5-2 league win over Sunny Hills (Fullerton, CA).
