South Carolina High School Baseball - Georgetown defeats Ridge View

In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Georgetown Bulldogs baseball team scored a close 7-1 win over the Ridge View Blazers.

The Bulldogs (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Dillon (Dillon, SC). The Wildcats go into the 3A Region 7 game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Dillon nudged Darlington (Darlington, SC), 15-4, in a non-league game.

Next, the Blazers play the Westwood Redhawks (Blythewood, SC) in a game, on Tuesday, March 18. Ridge View will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Redhawks go into the game with a 1-1 record after their 20-8 non-league win over Columbia (Columbia, SC).
