In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Navajo Indians baseball team scored a close 8-7 victory over the Sterling Tigers.
The Indians (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Heavener (Heavener, OK). The Wolves enter the non-league game with a 0-6 record. In their last game, Heavener was tipped by Morris (Morris, OK), 26-16, in a non-league game.
Next, the Tigers face the Duncan Demons (Duncan, OK) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 25. Sterling will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record.
