Florida High School Flag Football - Lennard sneaks past Spanish River

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Lennard Longhorns flag football squad scored a close 19-18 triumph over the Spanish River Sharks.
The Longhorns (10-2) will now prepare for their match against Western (Davie, FL). The Wildcats come into the non-league match with a 5-3 record. In their last match, Western tipped Pompano Beach (Pompano Beach, FL), 37-0, in a non-league match.
Coming up next, the Sharks meet the Archbishop McCarthy Mavericks (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, March 18. Spanish River will attempt to upgrade on its 9-1 season record. The Mavericks come into the match with a 2-6 record after their 19-13 non-league loss to Chaminade-Madonna (Hollywood, FL).
