New Mexico High School Softball - Cibola bounces Del Norte

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Cibola Cougars softball team scored a nice 16-0 victory over the Del Norte Knights.
The Cougars (5-0) will now prepare for their match against St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM). The Sartans go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, St. Pius X was routed by Sandia (Albuquerque, NM), 14-8, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Knights battle the Sandia Matadors (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league match, on Monday, March 17. Del Norte will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Matadors go into the match with a 1-1 record after their 14-8 non-league win over St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM).
