In Saturday's non-league test, the Providence Day Chargers (Charlotte, NC) lacrosse team the host Ashley Screaming Eagle (Wilmington, NC), by a count of 7-5.
Next up, the Chargers battle the Cape Fear Academy Hurricanes (Wilmington, NC) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 17. Providence Day will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Hurricanes enter the test with a 3-1 record after their 10-4 non-league win over West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC).
The Screaming Eagle (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Topsail (Hampstead, NC). The Pirates enter the Mideastern test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Topsail was nudged by Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC), 11-6, in a non-league test.
