The Grovetown Warriors lacrosse squad scored 14 points and limited the visiting Gilbert Indians to 1 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Warriors now hold a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Fox Creek for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 19. Grovetown will clash with a Predators squad coming off a 12-0 non-league win over Westside (Anderson, SC). The Predators record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Gilbert falls to 0-4 on the year. The Indians travel to Aiken (Aiken, SC) to clash with the Fighting Green Hornets in a 4A-1A Lower challenge on Tuesday, March 25. The Fighting Green Hornets go into the challenge with a record of 3-2.
