The San Marcos Royals lacrosse squad scored 12 points and limited the visiting Royal Highlanders to 9 in the Royals non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Royals now own a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Thacher for a Channel outing on Tuesday, March 18. San Marcos will face a Toads squad coming off a 7-5 non-league loss to Castaic (Castaic, CA). The Toads record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Royal falls to 2-7 on the year. The Highlanders travel to Grace (Simi Valley, CA) to face the Lancers in a Coastal Canyon outing on Tuesday, March 18. The Lancers go into the outing with a record of 4-1. Grace lost 11-10 in their recent non-league outing against Valencia (Valencia, CA)
