West Virginia High School Lacrosse - Wheeling Central Catholic overwhelms St. Albans

The Wheeling Central Catholic Maroon Knights lacrosse squad scored 10 points and limited the visiting St. Albans Red Dragons to 0 in the Maroon Knights non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Maroon Knights now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host John Marshall for a WVSLA -DII West outing on Monday, March 17.

With the loss, St. Albans falls to 0-2 on the year. The Red dragons travel to Mountain State (Ona, WV) to face the Vikings in a WVSLA -DII West outing on Wednesday, March 19. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 1-0. Mountain State won 15-6 in their recent league outing against Buckhannon-Upshur (Buckhannon, WV)
