The Wheeling Park Patriots lacrosse squad scored 10 points and limited the visiting St. Albans Red Dragons to 0 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Patriots now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to George Washington for a WVSLA -DI West outing on Friday, March 21. Wheeling Park will face a Patriots squad coming off a 18-4 non-league loss to North Cross (Roanoke, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, St. Albans falls to 0-2 on the year. The Red dragons travel to Wheeling Central Catholic (Wheeling, WV) to face the Maroon Knights in a non-league outing on Saturday, March 15. The Maroon Knights go into the outing with a record of 0-0.
