Utah High School Softball - Mountain Ridge edges Uintah

In Saturday's non-league match, the host Mountain Ridge Sentinels softball team scored a tight 11-9 win over the Uintah Utes.

The Sentinels (5-0) will now prepare for their match against Crimson Cliffs (Washington, UT). The Mustangs come into the non-league match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Crimson Cliffs by Salem Hills (Salem, UT), 4-0, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Utes battle the Salem Hills Skyhawks (Salem, UT) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 15. Uintah will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Skyhawks come into the match with a 2-0 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Crimson Cliffs (Washington, UT).
