The Coronado Islanders prevailed the visiting Bonita Vista Barons volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Islanders now have a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Canyon Hills for a test on Wednesday, March 23. Coronado will confront a Rattlers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Otay Ranch (Chula Vista, CA). The Rattlers record now stands at 1-2.

The Barons (10-2) will now prepare for their test against Castle Park (Chula Vista, CA). The Trojans enter the test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Castle Park dropped by Canyon Crest Academy (San Diego, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
