Utah High School Baseball - Cottonwood loses to Murray

The Murray Spartans crushed the visiting Cottonwood Colts baseball team by a tally of 13-2 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Spartans now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Judge Memorial for a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 23. Murray will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to Carbon (Price, UT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.

Next, the Colts face the Cyprus Pirates (Magna, UT) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, March 24. Cottonwood will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Pirates enter the bout with a 2-0 record after their 6-5 non-league win over West Jordan (West Jordan, UT).
