The Western Albemarle Warriors lacrosse squad (Crozet, VA), was overwhelmed 19-6 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the host St. Anne's-Belfield Saints (Charlottesville, VA)

Coming up next, the Saints meet the St. Albans Bulldogs (Washington, DC) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, March 22. St. Anne's-Belfield will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record.

With the defeat, Western Albemarle drops to 0-1 on the season. The Warriors host Freeman (Richmond, VA) to battle the Mavericks in a non-league outing on Wednesday, March 23. The Mavericks go into the outing with a record of 1-1. Freeman lost 15-14 in their recent league outing against Deep Run (Glen Allen, VA)
