In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Ben Lomond Scots (Ogden, UT) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Judge Memorial Bulldogs (Salt Lake City, UT), by a margin of 20-3.
With the triumph, Ben Lomond moves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Scots travel to Northridge (Layton, UT) to play the Knights in a non-league contest on Friday, March 18. The Knights come into the contest with a record of 1-0. Northridge won 20-1 in their recent non-league contest against Ogden (Ogden, UT)
In their next game, the Bulldogs play the Juan Diego Catholic Soaring Eagle (Draper, UT) in a 3A Region 15 contest, on Tuesday, March 22. Judge Memorial will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Soaring Eagle come into the contest with a 0-6 record after their 17-1 non-league loss to Carbon (Price, UT).
