North Carolina High School Baseball - Alleghany tipped by Bishop McGuinness

The Bishop McGuinness Villains the visiting Alleghany Trojans baseball team by a count of 8-6 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Villains now possess a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Forsyth Country Day for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 18. Bishop McGuinness will face a Furies team coming off a 13-12 non-league loss to St. David's (Raleigh, NC). The Furies record now stands at 2-3.

Next, the Trojans face the South Stokes Sauras (Walnut Cove, NC) in a Northwest 1A bout, on Monday, March 20. Alleghany will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Sauras enter the bout with a 2-2 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to West Stokes (King, NC).
