The South Umpqua Lancers baseball team scored 14 runs and limited the host North Bend Bulldogs to 6 in the Lancers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Lancers (1-0) will now prepare for their match against La Pine (La Pine, OR). The Hawks go into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, La Pine gained a win over Santiam Christian (Corvallis, OR), 9-8, in a league match.
