The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 16-12. Tri-Valley won 65-63 in their recent non-league bout against Cook Inlet Academy (Soldotna, AK)

Next up, the Malamutes play the Cook Inlet Academy Eagles (Soldotna, AK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 17. Newhalen will attempt to upgrade on its 25-4 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 23-3 record after their 65-63 non-league loss to Tri-Valley (Healy, AK).
