In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets soccer squad scored a close 1-0 win over the Bulloch Academy Gators.
The Yellow Jackets (12-0) will now prepare for their battle against Islands (Savannah, GA). The Sharks go into the 4A Region 3 battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Islands nipped New Hampstead (Savannah, GA), 5-1, in a league battle.
The Gators (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Frederica Academy (St. Simons Island, GA). The go into the GIAA AAA/AAAA District 2 battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Frederica Academy nipped Trinity Christian (Dublin, GA), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
