North Carolina High School Soccer - Clinton knocks off Raleigh Charter

Clinton Dark Horses (Clinton, NC) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Raleigh Charter Phoenix (Raleigh, NC), 8-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Dark Horses confront the West Bladen Knights (Bladenboro, NC) in a Southeastern Athletic 2A challenge, on Friday, March 17. Clinton will attempt to move on its 7-0 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to North Brunswick (Leland, NC).
The Phoenix now possess a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host East Wake Academy for a Super Six 1A/2A challenge on Monday, March 27.
