Virginia High School Lacrosse - Patriot overwhelms Hayfield

The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Patriot Pioneers (Nokesville, VA) and the visiting Hayfield Hawks (Alexandria, VA), saw Patriot's lacrosse team overcome Hayfield by a margin of 11-3.
The Pioneers (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Freedom (South Riding, VA). The Eagles enter the Cedar Run challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Freedom beat Osbourn Park (Manassas, VA), 20-2, in a league challenge.
The Hawks (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against West Potomac (Alexandria, VA). The Wolverines enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, West Potomac beat George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA), 17-2, in a non-league challenge.
