The South Elgin Storm lacrosse team scored 11 points and held the host Palatine Pirates to 6 in the Storm non-league win on Thursday.
The Storm (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Naperville North (Naperville, IL). The Huskies go into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Naperville North was overwhelmed by Benet Academy (Lisle, IL), 15-12, in a non-league game.
The Pirates (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Crystal Lake South (Crystal Lake, IL). The Gators go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record.
