The Aloha Warriors (Beaverton, OR) softball routed the host South Eugene Axe (Eugene, OR), 14-7 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Warriors (1-0) will now prepare for their bout against Cleveland (Portland, OR). The Warriors go into the non-league bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Cleveland was routed by South Albany (Albany, OR), 12-11, in a non-league bout.
The Axe now possess a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to South Salem for a non-league bout on Friday, March 17. South Eugene will confront a Saxons squad coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Sherwood (Sherwood, OR). The Saxons record now stands at 0-1.
