The Brewer Patriots (Somerville, AL) softball routed the host Holly Pond Broncos (Holly Pond, AL), 12-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Patriots (11-4) will now prepare for their bout against Lawrence County (Moulton, AL). The Red Devils go into the non-league bout with a 12-7 record. In their last bout, Lawrence County notched a victory over Cullman (Cullman, AL), 8-6, in a non-league bout.

The Broncos now possess a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to West End for a bout on Tuesday, March 21. Holly Pond will confront a Patriots squad coming off a 12-7 league win over Cleveland (Cleveland, AL). The Patriots record now stands at 8-4.
