California High School Softball - Washington Union bounces Kerman

March 16, 2023: Fresno, CA 93706

Washington Union Panthers (Fresno, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Kerman Lions (Kerman, CA), 9-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Firebaugh for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 18. Washington Union will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Le Grand (Le Grand, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Kerman falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Hanford West (Hanford, CA) to battle the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 22. The Huskies enter the challenge with a record of 5-1. Hanford West won 17-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Hoover (Fresno, CA)
